Ranks are based on wholesale orders placed per calendar year. Every promotion comes with something — you find out when you get there.

How Promotions Work
Every wholesale order counts. Each order your academy places between January 1 and December 31 adds one to your total for the season.
Rank updates as you order. Cross a threshold — 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 — and the promotion is yours. No gatekeeping, no politics. The numbers are the numbers.
Promotions come with perks. Every belt unlocks something for your academy. Like a real promotion, you find out when you earn it.
The board resets each season. New year, fresh board, same rules. Belts you've earned go in the record books; the race starts again.
